SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
RETURNS ON ORIGINAL ARTWORK
We want you to love your new original artwork. If you are not satisfied, you may return the artwork within 14 days of receipt. The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition it arrived. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
RETURNS ON FINE ART PRINTS
Our prints are custom-made to order via our printing partner, Prodigi. If your print arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days with a photo of the issue, and we will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
EXCHANGES
Due to the unique nature of original artwork and the custom-made nature of our fine art prints, we do not accept exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to your original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card) within 5-7 business days.
SHIPPING INFO
Original artworks are shipped via insured carrier (UPS/FedEx). Prints are shipped via standard global shipping. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.
